Magical Effect of Salt 

There is a Chinese saying, “open the door with seven things, which are: firewood, rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea.” Those things are the ancient Chinese that had been busy for every day, in fact those were sorts of the basic needs for every household. 

Salt is the most common thing among the many, it is actually the single most important substance for human to survive. Besides serving as seasoning, it's also useful for other purposes. Let’s come to discover it!    

Some interesting tips: 

Pour a pinch of salt into the vase or pot to let the flower grow brighter and last longer.

Add a pinch of salt into the pan to avoid the oil spattered. 

Clean the fish in salt water can reduce the dirt taste and smell. 

To prevent the clothes from colourfast, you can put some salt into the water to soak it. 

Gargle your mouth with salt water to eliminate bad breath, relieve gum bleeding and heal periodontitis.

For an individual who suffers rheumatism, can try soaking feet in hot salt water to relieve pain.

Soaking vegetables in salt water for 3-5 minutes to chase insects out and eliminate pesticides.

Before eating fresh vegetables or fruit, soak them into salt water for about 20 minutes, it can sterilize and disinfection.

Put some salt into the bath tub to heal skin diseases.

When shampooing hair, you can rinse your hair with salt water before use shampoo to make hair soft and shiny. 

Before go singing, you can drink some salt water to prevent dry throat. 

Drink 500ml of salt water with 20°C to 30°C in the morning to prevent constipation.
